After Hours Care

Need your child supervised before or after a course or event? We offer a supervised, less structured opportunity for children who need to be cared for before or after their scheduled courses.

After Hours Care, also known as Scheduled Care, is available. Only students who can be trusted to behave are able to be able to participate in After Hours Care. Students will be able to sit in our conference room or classroom and work on homework, read, play games, etc. The rooms will have video cameras turned on if adults are not available to physically supervise them in the room. (Though they will be checked on, in-person frequently.) We do this to try to help with everyone’s busy schedule and also keep costs down. Rates are available in the app/COure Catalog.

Unscheduled Care occurs when a child needs to be supervised by our staff and it was not scheduled. If a child is dropped off more than 10 minutes early to a course or is not picked up within 5 minutes of a course ending, they will require Unscheduled Care and supervision from our staff. Should this occur, the parent/guardian will be charged $12 for every 15 minute time span rounded up to the the next 15 minute mark. This can be a burden on us, but we understand things happen and we want to keep your child safe.
